That's where Threshold Entertainment Studios can help: we offer permanent part-time office space on any schedule that fits your company's needs. For example, you can rent a space from us every Wednesday for the next 6 months.

FOR TEAMS OF 10-15 PEOPLE - Our upstairs conference room is perfect with a long wooden table, functioning bar area, a bathroom with a shower, a comfortable L-couch and our adjacent West-facing rooftop patio deck, which offers a cooling ocean breeze all year long.

FOR TEAMS OF 40-55 PEOPLE - Our main level studio space is perfect for big company meetings. We offer tables, chairs, a lounge area, computer work stations and a large projection screen, which can be used for Zoom meetings, film screenings or any other media needs.

To clarify: You could rent our conference/writers room and deck, every other wed, for six months. Or you can rent our downstair studio space, every Friday, for 4 months. It's a part-time office space scheduled for longer periods of time so your company always has a space to gather!
